The Business Assessment

The Business Assessment

For women business owners who've built something that's working — but not the way it should be.

You built a business that makes money. Maybe good money. But somewhere along the way it grew in every direction at once — more offers, more services, more ideas — and now you're working harder than ever for returns that don't match the effort. You can feel that something's off, but you're too deep inside it to see what.

This is a three month engagement where I come in, look at the whole picture — your business and your relationship to it — and help you find where the real foundation is. What to keep, what to cut, where to focus, and what's been driving your decisions that shouldn't be.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING AT

Every business owner has blind spots. Most of them aren't operational — they're personal. This assessment is designed to surface both.

01: Where is the actual business inside everything you've built?

You may have five revenue streams when you need two. You may have an offer suite that made sense three years ago and doesn't anymore. We figure out what's actually driving the business and what's just taking up space.

02: What's generating real revenue versus what you're subsidizing because you're attached to it?

Most women business owners have at least one thing they're keeping alive out of love, identity, or sunk cost. We look at the numbers honestly and figure out what's earning its place and what's bleeding you dry.

03: Where are you making decisions from logic — and where from emotion, identity, or fear?

This is the piece most business audits won't touch. Your attachment to an idea, a product, a way of doing things can override every data point in the room. We name where that's happening so you can make real choices instead of reactive ones.

04: What would this business look like if you had the clarity and courage to focus?

More time. More money. More autonomy. That's what's on the other side of depth and focus. A mile wide and an inch deep kills businesses slowly. We figure out what yours looks like when it's built on solid ground instead of spread thin.

How It Works

MONTH ONE

Onboard

We get oriented. I learn your business — how it's structured, where the revenue comes from, what you've built, what you're carrying, and what you think the problems are. I also learn you — how you make decisions, where your energy goes, and what keeps you up at night.

MONTH TWO

Research

I dig in. This is where I look at the business through every lens I have — revenue, operations, offers, market positioning, and the decisions behind all of it. I'm not just looking at what's happening on paper. I'm looking at why it's happening, and where you might be the reason something isn't working the way it should.

MONTH THREE

Review

I deliver the roadmap. What I found, what I recommend, and why. This isn't a 50-page report that sits in a drawer. It's a clear, honest assessment of where your business actually is, what needs to change, and what your business looks like when it's built on focus instead of volume.

What You Walk Away With

A roadmap that tells you the truth about your business — what's working, what's not, what to keep, what to kill, and where to put your time and money to build something more profitable, more sustainable, and more yours. Not a generic strategy deck. A document built entirely around your business and your specific situation. Most business owners have never had someone look at the whole picture — the numbers and the human behind them — at the same time. That's what this is.

What's Included

  • Bi-weekly one-on-one calls for three months
  • Real-time 24/7, async communication via Telegram throughout the engagement
  • Full business and founder assessment across revenue, operations, offers, and decision-making
  • Written roadmap built and delivered in week five with findings and recommendations

INVESTMENT

starting at $10,000

One-time engagement. Three months. Full assessment and roadmap delivered at completion.

After the assessment, ongoing monthly advisory is available if the fit is right. Three-month minimum commitment, month to month after that, with 30-day notice to cancel. Not everyone needs it — some women take the roadmap and run. Others want a thinking partner as they implement what we found. We figure that out together.

THIS IS FOR YOU IF

You own a business that's generating revenue but you know it could be more profitable, more focused, or more sustainable than it currently is.

You're willing to look honestly at what you've built — including the parts you're attached to that might not be serving you anymore.

You want someone who will tell you the truth about your business, not validate the story you've been telling yourself about it.

THIS ISN'T FOR YOU IF

You're looking for someone to build your business for you. I assess, advise, and deliver a roadmap. Execution is yours.

You're not willing to look at your own role in what's not working. The business and the founder are inseparable, and this assessment treats them that way.

You need a quick fix. Five weeks is enough to see clearly. Changing what you see takes longer, and that's on you.

If you're ready to see your business clearly,
let's start there.

Start with a conversation. We'll figure out if this is the right engagement for where you are right now.
