How This Works

I’ll send your contract and payment details. 
Once you sign your contract and pay your deposit, then you’ll be prompted to pick a two-day period for your project.
Once you’ve secured your day,  you’ll be sent a questionnaire and Google Drive links to provide all the important information I need to work my magic.

Collect

During the two active days of your project, I’ll set-up your Google Analytics, and add events, goals or enhanced e-commerce goals.
I’ll set-up Google Tag Manager and configure what needs to be connected in order to track what you want to see. 
I’ll add any additional platforms you want to see into 
I’ll confirm that all your pixels are firing correctly and that all events/goals are being tracked accurately. 
I’ll then connect everything to Google Data Studio and build your branded dashboards. 
I’ll create a series of videos so you know where to find key metrics in a snap!

FAQs

  • My weekend rate to set up Google Analytics starts at $2,500. If you project has additional complexity, this may increase the cost.

  • The projects I take are designed to be completed in two weeks.

  • I primarily work with in the food, health, and wellness spaces who follow ethical business practices. Most of the companies that choose to work with have revenue of at least $250,000 per year all the way up to $5 million dollar a year in annual revenue.

  • I currently do not offer education or training sessions. I offer post project support services.

  • I work with modern platforms and web services, I do not work on highly customized or legacy technologies. Modern platforms like Wordpress, Shopify, Hubspot, Marketo, Squarespace, or anything you can connect with Zapier or IFFT are in. For data and anaylytics, there are 60 established connectors for social media, email marketing, e-commerce and other channel specific analytics. We can work with any of those.

    What I don’t work with is enterprise level software (Salesforce, Pardot) or anything that requires me to talk to your developer dude who lives in a bunker in Siberia - because let’s face it, he’s never gonna respond to my requests in a timey matter, if at all.

  • Depending on what we’re setting up for you, there may be connector fees associated with softwares that need to use to import your platform/channel data feeds into Looker Studio. We use Windsor.AI or PowerMyAnalytics to do this. On average, you’ll spend $19 to $79 per month on these services. While we can also work with Supermetrics, it’s pricey.

    Looker Studio has no costs associated with it. It may also make sense for me build you your own connectors utilizing the platforms’ APIs and utilize Big Query, and not requiring subscription costs.

  • I have a small team of three that support me in any work I do. It’s important to have a few data sleuths and a designer to make your dashboards all pretty/pretty.
